Ethos We provide a holistic education based on five pillars of excellence.

Sporting Prowess

Community Outreach

Every child of any creed, race or colour is treated with dignity and respect. When our pupils leave school we aim to have developed their talents, abilities and skills to the full so as to enable them to contribute to the betterment of society.

We provide a wide variety of activities to enable our children to pursue knowledge, develop understanding, independence of mind and respect for truth. Environment activities and outreach to the community develop extra awareness in our pupils. Not surprisingly our young people thrive in tertiary institutions where critical thought and the ability to solve problems creativity are highly sought after attributes.

Discipline

Great emphasis is placed on high standards of manners and behaviour. The school follows the ISASA disciplinary procedures.

St Dominic's Family Small classes create a family atmosphere and each pupil is treated as an individual and not just a number. Excellent relationships exist between school and parents. Parents are consulted at various levels via the Board of Governors, the PTA, Parent Forum and parent-pupil counselling.
